UBO - Universal Boxing Organization™

Former Czech national Champion Karel Horejsek and former UBO European Champion Ferenc Albert will fight for the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) Inter-Continental Light Heavyweight title on December 21

The contest will serve as the main event of a show staged at the Sportovni Hala in Horejsek´s home-town of Kladno, Czech Republic.

Horejsek (15-12-3, 12 KOs) has boxed all over Europe against some of the continents biggest names, including former world champions Rocky Fielding and Sven Fornling, whom he both lost competitive decisions to.

Ferenc Albert (27-16, 15 KOs) has also paid his dues against tough opposition, and won the UBO European title in 2017 but never made a defense.

At only twenty-six years of age, the Romania-born Hungarian still has plenty of ambition and is hoping the timing is right for him to upset his eleven years older rival and pick up his second UBO belt.

Horejsek and Albert are both coming off victories in their most recent outings, and so will enter the fight on December 21 full of confidence.
