At the Gluck-Auf-Halle in Eisleben, Germany, not far from Leipizig, on Saturday (November 2), one new Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) World Champion was crowned, while another successfully defended his title.

Having won the UBO Inter-Continental title last May, undefeated Dominik Kosel stepped up the ladder by winning the vacant UBO World Super Middleweight title in convincing fashion.

Representing the city of Bad Muskau on the Germany-Poland border, Kosel stopped willing but out-gunned Ismat Eynullayev from Azerbaijan in the fifth round.

The 27-year-old improved his pro ledger to 10-0 (6), 1 NC, while Eynullayev (30) travels back to his home-town of Astara at 11-5 (9).

UBO World Heavyweight Champion Alexander Frank, making his third defense of the title he won in September of 2018, faced former IBO International Champion Roman Golovashcenko from Ukraine in a rematch.

In their original meeting last December, Frank won by fifth round stoppage, and after another competitive clash, for as long as it lasted, it was the exact same result this time.

Frank (33), born in Kazakhstan but fighting out of Iserlohn, Germany is now 18-0-1 (15).

Golovashcenko (32), coming up short in his third world championship-challenge, having lost a close decision to Kevin Larena for the IBO World Cruiserweight title last year, drops to 20-5 (18).
