Klasz Out-Boxes Donfach To Lift UBO International Title

Arpad Klasz of Hungary was forced to go the distance for the first time in his pro career when he won the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) International Super Middleweight title on Saturday (October 26).


In the main event of a show promoted by Totobox-Promotion at the Kellner Ferenc Stadion in Budapest, Klasz out-boxed late substitute Bernard Donfach, a former World Boxing Federation World Champion.

With scores of 100-90, 100-90 and 100-89, “Thunderman” Klasz captured his first professional title and improved his unbeaten record to 11-0 (10).

Donfach, originally from Cameroon but based in Berlin, Germany his entire career, drops to 23-23-4 (11), but proved again that he is a stern test for up-and-coming prospects.
