After ten competitive rounds
of world-class boxing at the Nordheide Halle,
all three judges scored the fight for Kummer:
97-93 (Sergey Kovalenko), 96-94 (Ingo Steckmann)
and 97-93 (Uwe Labs).
30-year-old Kummer, who now
resides in nearby Hamburg, took her record to
13-1 (8), having entered the professional ranks
in 2014. Vicot, originally from Paris but
currently based in Karlsruhe, Germany, dips to
New UBO World Super Lightweight Champion
Alicia Melina Kummer.
Besides winning the UBO world
title, Kummer defended the WIBA and GBC titles
she already held, and also added the vacant UBF
belt to her growing collection.
