25-year-old Idd Pialari is a Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) Champion for the third time, as he won the vacant All-Africa Welterweight title on Saturday (January 26) at the Kinesi Stadium in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.

Pialari stopped Wilson “Hard Hitter” Masamba (34) from Malawi in the fifth round, in the main event of a show billed as “Konki Fight Night” and promoted by Msololo Promotions.

Earlier in his career, Pialari (26-3-1, 19 KOs) has won the UBO All-Africa title back in 2016, and the UBO International crown in 2017. He has also held World Boxing Federation (WBF) All-Africa, Tanzanian national and East & Central Africa titles.
