Australia's Tommy “The Titan” Browne won the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) World Super Welterweight Title on Sunday, August 19, convincingly defeating dangerous co-challenger Ebenezer “Hitman” Lantei Lamptey.

In the main event of a show promoted by Paul Druce at the K Ranch Arena in Mount Hunter, about 80 kilometres outside of Australia's largest city Sydney, Browne controlled the first two rounds before stopping Lantei Lamptey in the third.

Landing with quick and accurate combinations, Browne broke Lantei Lamptey down and forced referee Justin Kennedy to wave it off at 1:39 of the round.
