Pialari vs. Shiva For UBO International Welterweight Title

Reigning Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) All-Africa Champion Idd Pialari fights Shiva from India for the vacant UBO International Welterweight title on December 16 in the main event of a show his home-town of Bagamoyo, Tanzania.

  
 

Pialari (23-3-1, 17 KOs), who has also won Tanzanian and East & Central Africa titles, won the UBO All-Africa crown in November of 2016 and successfully defended it last May.

He is on a six-fight winning-streak this year.

Shiva (22), from Gurgaon, twenty miles south-west of New Delhi, is 11-1 (4).

His only loss came against Australian prospect Kyron Dryden (9-1) in Australia, so he is hoping that his second trip outside his native country will be more fruitful.

Promoted by Sharifu Mushin, the UBO title fight will be preceded by a full undercard featuring local prospects and contenders.
