Ironically, former WBC
title-challenger Nodar Robakidze will be the
first foe Ypremyan faces who has more losses
than victories, but the Georgians 20-22-4 (7)
record is massively deceiving.
At only
twenty-three he has fought some of Europe’s
best, always in his opponents home-country, and
more often than not given them a hard fight all
the way.
In his
most recent outing Robakidze scored a draw with
highly-ranked former French Champion, and
European title-challenger, Julien Marie Sainte
(37-7, 26 KOs),
proving his quality,
and he
is now rewarded with what is his careers second
title-shot.
The
fight is the main event of a show promoted by
Julien Aguilar Honore and Boxing Club Dudelange
at the Centre Sportif du LTC annexe Alliance.
