Suppan
is currently 4-0-1, but is scheduled for a
tune-up bout on February 29 in Rotterdam, and
will then square off with experienced Giorgi
Kulumbegashvili (9-6, 4 KOs) from Georgia for
the UBO title in his hometown five weeks later.
While
Suppan has only been a pro since March 2015,
Kulumbegashvili entered the paid ranks in May
2014.
All his losses have come
against good opposition outside of Georgia, most
recently to world-ranked Ben Jones in London a
year ago.
Coming
off two victories, one of them by stoppage, the
visitor will undoubtedly be the stiffest test to
date for Suppan, and with friends, family and
fans cheering him on from ringside all the
pressure will be on the youngster from
Vinkeveen.
