UBO - Universal Boxing Organization™

In Valdoie France on Saturday night, December 14, French, European and World Kickboxing Champion David “The Machine” Radeff took his professional boxing career to a new level when he won the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ Inter-Continental Cruiserweight title.

After a less than stellar start to his campaign in boxing, Radeff proved that he has improved tremendously after focusing on the sport when he squared off with Richards Bigis from Latvia.

The local man started fast, and was quickly able to impose his will on the visitor.

With his characteristic Mohawk hairstyle, Radeff came out of his corner looking strong and determined to make a statement.

After a good first round, the fight was stopped in round two when Radeff floored Bigis with hard shots, and referee Vincent Dupas decided that the visibly hurt Latvian was not able to continue, much to the delight of the many spectators at ringside.

With the victory, and his boxing careers first professional title, David Radeff improved his record to a deceiving 5-7-2 (2). 20-year-old Bigis, from Latvia’s capital Riga, falls to 9-4 (7).

Promoter of the fight was Club Ring Olympique.
