Promoted
by Highland Boxing Promotions, and broadcast
live by Triller, 19-year-old Khan defeated Banty
Singh (24) from India to lift the vacant title.
It turned
out to be a very entertaining fight, as both
boxers had come to give their all for glory.
Heavy shots were exchanged, and the desire of
both boxers was clear throughout the entire
fight.
In round
three Khan scored a knock-down, but Singh got up
and returned the favour in round seven when he
sent Khan to the canvas. Khan also returned to
his feet, and the fight went the full distance.
