Good things come to those who wait, and 17-year-old Tanzanian hope Abdulrahaman Magoma (6-1-1, 3 KOs) has been waiting patiently for his shot at the Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) International Super Flyweight title.

All appeared set for him to fight for the title last July 26, but when his opponent was prevented from travelling a few days before the bout, he was forced to regroup and wait.

Now he is confirmed to get the opportunity on October 10 in Dar Es Salaam, when Mafia Boxing Promotions presents the sixth edition of the “Knockout Ya Mama” series.

His opponent will be undefeated Muhammad Saqib (20) from Pakistan, who comes to the fight with an unblemished 6-0 (4) record.

Magoma will have to be at his best to prevail and become the youngest UBO champion in history, and the Pakistani the same goes for Saqib if he is to bring the UBO belt home to Pakistan.

Two young, talented and ambitious boxers going for the big prize on a massive show packed with local talent in interesting match-ups.
