UBO - Universal Boxing Organization™

Former amateur-standout, and now undefeated professional, Balaussa Muzdiman (8-0, 6 KOs) from Kazakhstan will fight for the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) world Super Flyweight title on September 5.

27-year-old Muzdiman will face India´s Mamta Singh (8-2-1, 5 KOs), a former world title-challenger who is hoping to make the most of her second opportunity, at the Baluan Sholak Sports Palace in her home-town of Almaty.

While she initially turned pro in America in 2017, Muzdiman returned to the amateurs and didn't have her second paid fight until 2023.

In July of 2024 she won the WBA Asia Bantamweight title in Thailand, and after three more wins in Kazakhstan she is now ready for the next step in her career.

Singh (28) fought another Kazakh star in former UBO world champion Angelina Lukas, losing in five rounds for WIBF and WBF world titles last year.

She has since gone undefeated in four outings, and will be looking to revenge the loss to Lukas against her compatriot Muzdiman on September 5.

The fight will be promoted by Ali Ahkmedov Promotions in association with New Names Promotions.
