17-year-old Tanzanian Abdulrahaman Magoma (5-1-1, 2 KOs) takes a big step up in class when he fights for the Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) International Super Flyweight title on July 26 in Dar Es Salaam.

On Mafia Boxing Promotions next edition of their “Knockout Ya Mama” fight-series, Magoma will face the best opponent of his career for the vacant title, when he takes on WBC Asian titlist B. Rama Krishnan (5-0-1, 2 KOs) from India.

The local teenager turned professional in March of last year and faced some early setbacks, but he has won his last three convincingly and is now ready to show that he is one of the future starts of Tanzanian boxing.

But he has a tough hurdle in front of him in the undefeated Krishnan, who, since drawing in his debut, has been very impressive in his pro campaign.

Last November Krishnan (24) travelled to Bangladesh, where he won the WBC Asian Continental Flyweight title by out-pointing 8-1 Muhammad Islam.

Magoma vs. Krishnan for the vacant UBO International Super Flyweight title will be broadcast live in Tanzania by Azaam TV.
