Power-Punching Ghanaians Square Off For UBO Title

In what is bound to be a thrilling encounter of power-punchers, Theophilious Allotey (9-0, 8 KOs) vs. David Tagoe (11-3-1, 10 KOs) is confirmed for a show promoted by Nana´s Promotion in association with Wisdom Boxing Promotions.

Allotey (22) turned professional in July of 2024, and has been very active and convincing. Every opponent has failed to go the distance so far, as the only victory not coming by stoppage was a disqualification.

Tagoe (21) entered the paid ranks two years earlier, and has only lost once, by disqualification, since getting a horrid start to his career with losses in his first two pro outings.

Having stopped his last five opponents, Tagoe is undoubtedly the best foe Allotey has faced to date, and the same can be said the other way around.

Both young men carry significant power in both hands, and its very unlikely that this excellent match-up will go the distance.
