Its Rico Time! Rizzi Ready For UBO Title
Opportunity Against Usmani |

Undefeated Riccardo Rizzi (8-0, 3 KOs) is
ready for his first championship
opportunity, as he fights Israr Usmani (7-3,
7 KOs) for the Universal Boxing
Organization™ (UBO) Continental (Asia) Super
Welterweight title on October 6.

|
|
The fight will be part of FCC 7: Double Impact
II, featuring no less than five UBO title
fights, promoted by FCC Promotions in
association with Highland Boxing Promotions at
Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
24-year-old “Its Rico Time” Rizzi, from Italy
but eligible to fight for the Continental (Asia)
title as he is based in Dubai, turned
professional in October of 2022. This will be
his third time boxing in Thailand, but by far
his most significant challenge.
Not only will be be taking on his best opponent
to date, but it will also happen on the biggest
stage he will have experienced, and in front of
thousands of fans.

Israr Usmani, a 25-year-old puncher from India,
has one previous title fight on his resume, a
failed challenge for the Asian Boxing Federation
Middleweight title in 2022. Coming off two
victories, he is planning to make his second shot
count.
Riccardo Rizzi vs. Israr Usmani, and four
additional UBO title fights, will be streamed
world-wide on Youtube, live and free from Bangkok.
