Fighting under
the high patronage of the governor of Lualaba
Richard Muyej, a known devoted supporter of
sports who wants to encourage youth in D.R.C. to
embrace sports and unity in the Central African
country, the locally antisipated bout was the
first ever All-Africa title fight in Kolwezi.
Both boxers
started the fight confidently, but as the rounds
passed it was the shorter man, Kaleng, who took
control of the action. In round nine, he
connected with a strong left hook and send Asma
down for the full count, and the large crowd
into a frenzy of celebration.
