UBO - Universal Boxing Organization™

It has sadly been confirmed that Universal Boxing Organization™ World Junior Flyweight Champion Ali Raymi was killed in a bombing in Yemen on May 23.

The UBO sincerely want to express its condolences to the family and friends of Raymi, who was a very colourful character with power in his fists, as his 25-0 (25) record suggests.

Raymi captured the UBO World title on November 19 2014 with a second round stoppage of Prince Maz in Sanaa, Yemen.

He was scheduled to fight for the vacant UBO World Bantamweight title this coming July.

Born on December 8 1973, Raymi was only forty-one years old at the time of his death.

Rest in peace champion!
