Bena Kaloki Wins UBO Inter-Continental Super Lightweight Title

The African Lioness, Bena Kaloki from Kenya, won the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ Female Inter-Continental Super Lightweight title on Friday (March 27) at the Diamond Jubilee Hall in Dare Es Salaam, Tanzania.

 
  

Former world title-challenger Kaloki was impressive in stopping local girl Asha Ngedere in the fourth round of a scheduled eight-rounder, proving that she is ready to launch another attempt at world glory in the near future.


With the victory, Nairobi-resident Kaloki improved her professional ledger to 5-4 (1), while 26-year-old Ngedere fals to 4-4-1 (2).

 

 

The fight was promoted by Jay Msangi / Hall of Fame Boxing Promotions.
