Mykal “The Professor” Fox, the reigning Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) Continental (North America) Super Welterweight champion, is the UBO Boxer of the Month for February 2026.

  
 

Fox (26-5, 5 KOs) successfully defended his title with a unanimous decision over Philadelphia´s Ray Robinson (26-3-2, 14 KOs) on February 21 in Hanover, Maryland.

Scoring a knock-down along the way, it was a dominant and impressive performance against a very good and experienced challenger who has proven his worth with draws against current IBF world champion Josh Kelly and European titlist Egidijus Kavaliauskas.

The 30-year-old southpaw from Greenbelt, Maryland is on the hunt for a second shot at world honours, after being blatantly robbed in a fight for the WBA world title against Gabriel Maestre in 2021.


 
 

Against Robinson he showed that he is ready for another opportunity!
