Aleksander Kallashi Returns Home For UBO Title Fight

Riding a seven fight winning-streak, Albanian Aleksander Kallashi will finish the year with a shot at the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) Continental (Europe) Middleweight title on November 29.

  
 

Germany-based Kallashi (10-3, 8 KOs) will return to his birth-country to take on an opponent to be confirmed on a show promoted by Titans Promotion in Durres.


After a rough start to his career Kallashi was only 3-3 after his first six paid outings, but his losses were against good opponents in their home-towns.


In the last two years he has beaten every man put in front of him, and showed significant improvements almost every time he entered the ring.


 
 

Last July he clearly out-pointed very experienced Venezuelan Michel Marcano, who brought a 34-11-1 record and was expected to give Kallashi a good test.

In that fight Kallashi proved that he is ready for his first championship opportunity, and he plans to make the most of it no matter who is in the opposite corner on November 29.
