Kaloki (5-4, 1 KO), nicknamed “The African
Lioness”, and Pitiseni (4-3, 1 KO) will square off
at the Cameo Cinema in Nairobi, and a packed arena
is expected.
In 2009 Kaloki came very close to winning the GBC
World title when she lost a close (96-94) decision
to Elina Tissen in Germany, and while long spells
of inactivity has followed she has always kept the
hope of another shot at world honors alive.
If she wins the UBO International title on July
13, the Nairobi-resident could very well be in
line for a crack at the UBO World Championship
next. |
