They will clash on June 29 at the Municipal
Stadium in Thika, Kenya, on a show promoted by
Jeff Njuguna and his Top Rank Boxing of Kenya.
Kiilu (36-11-2, 21 KOs) has won several
professional titles, including the Kenyan national
title, since making his debut in 1998.
Over the years he has mixed with big names such as
Nicky Cook, Rendall Munroe, Choi Tseveenpurev,
Cyril Thomas and Viorel Simion.
Nicknamed “Silent Danger”, Kiilu is a slick-boxing
Southpaw with power in both hands, but he will be
facing a young, hungry operator in the 20-year-old
Continental Africa Champion from Dar Es Salaam.

Riding an eleven-fight winning streak, Ramadhani
Shauri (15-2-1, 8 KOs) will surely fancy his
chances against Kiilu, and it shapes up to be a
very interesting encounter.
Will the experience, style and power of Kiilu be
too much for Shauri to handle, or will the
speed, reflexes and youthful enthusiasm of
Shauri prevail? It remains to be seen…
