| Laszlo Toth (6-1, 2 KOs) won the vacant UBO International Heavyweight title on Saturday October 2nd when he stopped late replacement Mihaly Nemeth in the first round. The show, promoted by Profibox-Promotion, was broadcast live on Hungary Sport 1, and fought in front of a sold out crowd at the Dr. Papp Laszlo Sporthall in Szentes, Hungary. 75 Lbs the heavier, Toth (287) was simply too big and strong, and used his size from the start to overpower Nemeth (212), who was quickly floored by hard right hand. Referee Bela Florian allowed Nemeth to continue, but it wasn’t long before another assault send the underdog down, and Florian waved the affair over already in the first round. |
