Since winning the UBO
Inter-Continental title in 2016,
Parlagi drew against Oleg
Yefimovych (28-2) in Ukraine for
the WBA Continental title, and
won five straight after that.
After moving up to Lightweight
to win the Czech national title
against Michal Dufek (25-19-2)
in December of 2018, he dropped
down to Super Featherweight
where he was unlucky against
Alex Dilmaghani (18-1) in
England in May, 2019, losing by
TKO due to a hand-injury.
In his most recent bout, Parlagi
was out-pointed by World Boxing
Federation (WBF) World Super
Featherweight Champion Patrick
Kinigamazi (30-2) in a June 2019
non-title fight in Switzerland.
Still only 32 years old, and
having lost only to very good
opponents, Parlagi could very
well resurrect his career with a
few victories, and put himself
in line for another championship
opportunity.
