Just over
two years later he was 7-3-1 when he challenged
for the WBO Youth World Welterweight title,
losing to Khuseyn Baysangurov in Ukraine.
He won
two of his next three, before being awarded with
his second title fight. In April of 2017 he won
the vacant World Boxing Federation (WBF)
International title in his home-town, stopping
Russian Ruben Movesesyan in seven rounds.
Seven
months after that he moved down to Super
Lightweight to fight Miroslav
Serban (8-1, 4 KOs) for the vacant Universal
Boxing Organization™ (UBO) International title.
