Prospects Giovanni Rossetti and Jan Helin will fight for the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) Youth World Middleweight title on July 29 at the Castello Aragonese in Taranto, Italy.

Promoted by Promo Boxe Italia, the intriguing Italy vs. Belgium match-up of 21-year-olds will be televised live by Tele Due.

Nino” Rossetti (9-1, 2 KOs) was born in Havana, Cuba, but has resided in Sava, Italy his entire boxing career. He turned pro in 2020, after winning the 2019 Italian national amateur championships at 75 Kg.

Helin (9-2, 6 KOs) launched his paid career in the summer of 2019. His two set-backs came on points against undefeated opponents.

Both Rossetti and Helin will be taking part in their first professional championship fight. For the winner new doors will open, while the loser will have gained valuable experience and have plenty of time to come back.

This looks on paper like a genuine fifty-fifty fight, and both boxers should be applauded for challenging themselves early in their careers.
