Indonesian rivals Silem Serang and Frengky Rohi will square off for a third time on Friday July 1 at Barlai Sarbini in Jakarta, with the winner crowned as the Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) International Light Flyweight Champion.

Rohi won their first encounter in 2017, while Serang gained revenge when he was declared the winner of a close rematch last November, by split decision. Now its time to settle the score!

None of them can boast glossy records, but both are former Indonesian national champions who have proven their worth in championship fights against outstanding opponents.

Serang (32), who won the Indonesian Light Flyweight crown in January of 2019 but has come up short in WBC, WBA and IBF regional title fights, has won his last three bouts and is 18-22-3 (2) according to BoxRec.

27-year-old Rohi, listed as 7-12-1 (3), lost a decision to undefeated Thai Phatinya Phumidet in a fight for the WBC Youth World Super Flyweight title in 2018, but the following year he won the Indonesian Flyweight title.

Promoted by Gustiantira Alandy, the highly anticipated rubber match will be one of the featured bouts of MPRO Evolution Fight Series headlined by former IBO and IBA world champion Daud “Cino” Yordan.
