And just as it
was the case in his first attempt he will be
traveling to Sao Paolo in Brazil, where he will
face local man Gilberto Matheus Domingos, 22-12
(20) for the vacant UBO International title.
Basile, a
former WBC, WBO and IBF Latino titlist, was
upset by Fernando Almeida in his last visit to
Sao Paolo, shockingly losing in the first round
of their fight for the UBO Inter-Continental
crown almost exactly a year ago.
Now he is
looking for redemption, but has to be careful
against big puncher Domingos, who rarely goes
the distance. This will be a rematch, as Basile
beat Domingos in two rounds in Argentina in
December of 2019.

Domingos
almost always wins by stoppage, or loses by
stoppage, but has vowed to turn the tables since
they will fight on his turf this time, so it
could be a genuine fire-fight between the two
veterans.
Basile vs.
Domingos for the vacant UBO International
Heavyweight title on February 27 in Sao Paolo,
Brazil, will be promoted by Gustavo Garrote.
