Exactly three months after winning the Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) World Heavyweight title in Ukraine, undefeated Alexander Frank is set to make his first defense on Saturday December 8 in Ubach-Palenberg, Germany.

32-year-old Frank (15-0-1, 12 KOs) will face former IBO International, IBO Inter-Continental and GBC titlist Roman Golovaschenko, from Ukraine but based in Germany.

For Golovaschenko (31), who brings an excellent 19-2 (17) record, it will be his second straight crack at a world championship, having lost a close decision to IBO World Cruiserweight Champion Kevin Larena last June.

With 29 of their combined 34 victories coming by stoppage, this promises to be an explosive affair unlikely to go the full twelve rounds.
