Singapore hero Mohammad Radeem, AKA Radeem Rahman, is the new Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) Continental (Asia) Lightweight champion.

Also a star on the Asian MMA-scene, Radeem captured the vacant title on Saturday, July 20, when he defeated Indonesian champion Reynold Kundimang in “The Lion City, his home-town.

The visitor started the fight best, and won the first round, and perhaps the second as well, but in round three Radeem found his rhythm and started to out-work and out-land Kundiamang.

From that point on the Singaporean was more or less in control the rest of the fight, winning by clear unanimous decision: 78-74, 79-73 and 79-73.

Radeem, who turned pro in boxing in 2020 but didn't have his second fight until 2022, improved his record to 4-1 (2) after his third fight inside twelve months.

Having won the Indonesian national title in his most recent outing this past March, Kundimang falls to 9-4-3 (2). At only twenty-three he has plenty of time to come again.

The fight was the main event of KBX 63: FPM Fight Night, promoted by KBX Events.
