Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) championship boxing returns to “The Lion City” on July 20, when KBX Events presents KBX 63: FPM Fight Night, in Singapore.

Local MMA star and professional boxer Mohammad Radeem, AKA Radeem Rahman, is stepping up to the plate when he headlines in a fight for the vacant UBO Continental (Asia) Lightweight title.

Radeem, 3-1 (1) in the pro boxing ring, will face reigning Indonesian national champion Reynold Kundimang (9-3-3, 2 KOs), who has been around the block since entering the paid ranks at only sixteen in 2017.

After coming up short in two previous challenges for the Indonesian title, and a crack at the Orient & Pacific Silver title, Kundimang finally became champion of his country this past March when he out-scored Zainul Hasan Jr. in Jakarta.

With four championship fights on his resume, and Radeem going into his first, the visitor will have a significant edge in boxing experience. At twenty-three he is also the younger man by thirteen years, so the local hero will have his hands full.

But Radeem is relishing the opportunity to fast-track his boxing career after making his name in the renowned ONE Championship MMA league. He knows he will be in with a tough co-challenger, but victory will take him to a whole new level as a boxer.
