Two former Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) titlist are set to collide, as Edmond Zefi and Oszkar Fiko fights for the vacant UBO Continental (Europe) Super Welterweight title on March 30, in the main event of “Night of Warriors” in Liberec, Czech Republic.

From Kosovo but based in the Czech Republic, Zefi (14-2, 10 KOs) is a former UBO Youth champion at Super Welterweight, a title he won in 2021 with a split decision over Italian Christian Mazzon.

Before that he had defeated former UBO Inter-Continental champion Zoltan Szabo for the UBF International Welterweight crown.

After winning the UBO Youth title, he went on to lose his next fight, to 20-1 Lukasz Wierzbicki in Poland, but has since rebounded with five straight stoppage victories.

Now twenty-six, he is ready to take his career to the next level and attempt to win his third professional title against a tough and experienced opponent.

Romania-born Hungarian Fiko (39-36-1, 19 KOs) beat Zoltan Rostyo to capture the UBO Youth Super Featherweight title in 2014. In May of 2022 he added the GBF world Welterweight title to his ledger.

Still only thirty years old, Fiko may have a spotted record, but he has faced some of the best in Europe and given many of them a tough fight. He has won his last four bouts to earn the biggest opportunity of his career to date.

Considering their fighting styles, the spectators will be in for a treat as this can only be an entertaining fight where both men are coming to win.
