Ukrainian prospect Danylo Honcharuk (5-1, 5 KOs) is likely to get his hands full when he steps into his first pro title fight on February 17 in Brno, Czech Republic.

The 23-year-old, who is based in Prague, will face one of the most seasoned journeymen in Europe, Michal Dufek (36-32-2, 23 KOs) for the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) East Europe Lightweight title.

While Honcharuk has only faced limited opposition so far, Dufek, also fighting out of Prague, has been in with a who's-who of top names, and too many to mention.

By far the best and most accomplished foe to date for the up-and-comer, Dufek is a former Czech national and Royal Boxing Organization champion and has taken part in ten championship fights since turning pro in 2009.

With all of his wins coming by stoppage inside two rounds, Honcharuk can obviously punch, but it will be interesting to see how he copes with the experience of Dufek, who rarely gets stopped and could have an advantage in the second half of the bout.

This is a classic match-up of the potential future star and the veteran who has seen it all and tried everything. Will youth prevail, or will experience secure Dufek another title?
